What we do

How we work and ship.

We distribute products to government agencies, contractors and businesses. We sell products, and we do not perform construction work. See who we supply.

Hard-to-source items

We research what others skip.

Alongside everyday catalog items, we take on requirements that other suppliers pass on: items that are low-volume, no longer on the market, or described only by technical data. Before we quote, we work out exactly what is needed.

Step 1

Study the requirement

We read the technical documentation, including NSN, IPD, drawings and specifications, so we know what the item must do and what it must meet.

Step 2

Find the source

We look for the item itself. If it is no longer available, we look for an equivalent that fits the requirement.

Step 3

Confirm with the buyer

We contact the buyer, present the replacement and agree that it meets the need for quality, price and delivery time.

Step 4

Supply it

We quote, ship and follow the order to delivery, with marking and documents as the contract requires.

To start, send the NSN, part number or description, the specification if you have one, the quantity and the delivery location. Request a quote.

Government shipping and marking

We mark shipments to MIL-STD-129 when the contract requires it.

MIL-STD-129 sets how shipping containers and unit packs are marked for military shipment and storage. We know the requirement and prepare shipments to it, so your receiving activity can identify and process the delivery.

Marking requirements differ by contract. Send us the marking clauses from your solicitation or purchase order and we will confirm what applies before we quote.

What we prepare when required

  • Labels and markings on unit packs and shipping containers to MIL-STD-129
  • Contract and item identification as the purchase order specifies
  • Ship-to and ship-from markings
  • Documentation for your vendor file

How we work

Three kinds of orders.

Government contracting

We respond to federal, state and local solicitations, and prepare quotes for government purchase orders and contracts. Pricing, delivery terms and documentation are clear from the first reply.

Business-to-business supply

We buy from manufacturers and distributors and supply companies on repeat or one-time orders, with consistent specifications and documented sourcing. For repeat volume items we can discuss stocking arrangements.

Construction supply

We do not build. We supply the materials and products that contractors, builders and project owners need for their projects, quoted per project and delivered to your site or warehouse.

Questions

What buyers ask us.

Can you find an item that is hard to find or no longer made?

Often, yes. We review the technical data (NSN, IPD, specifications), look for the item or a suitable equivalent, and confirm the equivalent with the buyer before we quote. Send what you have and we will tell you what we can do.

Do you manufacture the products you sell?

No. We are a distributor. We buy from manufacturers and distributors and resell to government agencies, contractors and businesses.

Can you ship to MIL-STD-129 requirements?

Yes. When a contract or purchase order requires MIL-STD-129 shipment and storage marking, we prepare labels and container markings to that standard. Send us the marking clauses from your solicitation and we will confirm what applies.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from manufacturer and distributor warehouses to your location. For repeat volume items, we can discuss stocking arrangements.

Can you quote an item that is not on your list?

Yes. Send the item description or part number, the quantity and the delivery location.

Which documents can you provide?

IRS Form W-9, Illinois formation documents and our entity identifiers (UEI, and CAGE code once assigned). Business and billing details are provided with each quote or vendor setup.
